Mit der gestarteten Umfrage \u00f6ffnet sich der Beteiligungsprozess des Kulturentwicklungsplans (KEP) f\u00fcr die Perspektiven der B\u00fcrgerinnen. Teilt eure Ideen, Vorstellungen und Anliegen und helft mit, die kulturelle Landschaft Rostocks aktiv mitzugestalten.<\/p>\n<h4>Was bedeutet Kultur?<\/h4>\n<p>Kultur ist weit mehr als Theater, Konzerte oder Ausstellungen. Sie ist ein zentraler Baustein unseres gesellschaftlichen Lebens. Ob es das Stadtteilfest, ein Filmabend im Kulturzentrum, der lokale Jugendchor oder der Besuch in einem Museum ist \u2013 Kultur schafft Begegnungen, inspiriert, bildet und st\u00e4rkt unsere Gemeinschaft.<\/p>\n<p>Die lebendige Kulturszene Rostocks soll noch vielf\u00e4ltiger und zug\u00e4nglicher werden. Damit dies gelingt, brauch die Stadt eure Meinung! Oberb\u00fcrgermeisterin Eva-Maria Kr\u00f6ger betont:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201eEine lebendige Kulturszene zeugt von Lebensqualit\u00e4t und Anziehungskraft einer Stadt. Unser Kulturentwicklungsplan wird vielf\u00e4ltige Kulturschaupl\u00e4tze f\u00fcr alle Generationen und in allen Stadtteilen f\u00f6rdern.\u201c<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h3>Was macht den Kulturentwicklungsplan besonders?<\/h3>\n<p>Der Rostocker Kulturentwicklungsplan, kurz KEP, soll erstmals konkrete Ziele und Ma\u00dfnahmen f\u00fcr die kulturelle Entwicklung der Stadt formulieren. Er dient nicht nur als Leitlinie, sondern auch als Chance, kulturelle Angebote in allen Stadtteilen zu verbessern und breiter aufzustellen. Neben gro\u00dfen kulturellen Einrichtungen spielen auch kleinere Kulturorte, Nachbarschaftszentren und Projekte eine wichtige Rolle.<\/p>\n<p>Der Prozess startete Anfang 2024, basiert auf einem Auftrag der B\u00fcrgerschaft und wird durch das Amt f\u00fcr Kultur, Denkmalpflege und Museen geleitet. Besonders wichtig: Der KEP soll nicht am Schreibtisch entstehen, sondern aus den Ideen und Perspektiven der Menschen vor Ort.<\/p>\n<h4>Warum Ihre Stimme z\u00e4hlt<\/h4>\n<p>Viele von euch sind nicht nur Besucher<em>innen von Veranstaltungen, sondern tragen selbst zum kulturellen Leben bei: als Engagierte, Veranstaltende oder K\u00fcnstler<\/em>innen. Vielleicht fehlen euch bestimmte Angebote in eurem Stadtteil, oder es gibt H\u00fcrden, die es euch erschweren, an der Kultur teilzuhaben?
